Thank you for your interest in attending the Emmy Noether Meeting 2025 in Potsdam.
Before registering, we would like to provide some additional information.
Room reservation
Overnight stays
Rooms are available for participants of the Emmy Noether Meeting at the Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam https://www.seminaris.de/hotels/tagungshotel-potsdam-seehotel. The DFG will cover the costs for a single room and meals for one person from 10 - 12 July 2025. Beds and meals for any additional guest(s) would have to be paid for. The DFG can cover the costs for an additional night from 9 - 10 July 2025 on the condition that you would have to start your journey to Potsdam before 6:00 am on 10 July in order to be present for the opening at 01:30 pm.
Room request
In case you'd like to book a double room or family room instead of a single room, please let us know how many adults and/or kids will join you. Please state the age of the kid(s) and if you have any further requirements (e.g. crib, extra bed, baby monitor).
Programme - Consultation hours
DFG employees will offer individual appointments at the venue. There will be a list for registration on site.
Childcare
We will provide child care for a limited number of kids whose parents would otherwise not to be able to attend the event.
